Darcy Horn Davenport
President, Chief Executive Officer
Darcy Horn Davenport is president and chief executive officer at BellRing Brands. Darcy also serves on BellRing Brands Board of Directors. Prior to BellRing Brands, she was President of Post’s Active Nutrition Division, where she served in a variety of leadership roles in marketing and management since 2009.
Darcy started her career off in Finance with Ernst and Young but spent most of her professional life in marketing. She held various marketing roles with large companies like Dreyer’s Ice Cream to smaller start-ups including Zobmondo! Entertainment and Timbuk2 Designs. In 2009, she joined Joint Juice. She then led marketing through the Premier Protein acquisition (2011) as well as the sale to Post Holdings in 2013. In 2014, she became President of Premier Nutrition and then became the President of Post’s Active Nutrition business in 2017.
Darcy earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and her MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She has served on the board of directors of Blentech Corporation since 2010.
Darcy is passionate about purpose-driven organizations where corporate culture is the fuel to the company growth. She strongly believes in employee empowerment where everyone has a voice and that better ideas come from diverse viewpoints. She is a long time athlete who now enjoys hiking and yoga and spends all of her free time with her two kids and husband.
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Rode is chief financial officer at BellRing Brands. With 20+ years of progressive experience with multinational public companies, his diverse industry and finance background includes operational experience with a $200 million telecom division of a Fortune 500 company and executive level financial reporting roles at $3 billion plus consumer product companies. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of Post’s Active Nutrition business since 2015.
Additionally, Paul was chief financial officer of Consumer Brands, a prior reporting segment of Post, from late 2014 to early 2015. He served as vice president, finance of Post from January to November 2014, and vice president, corporate development of Post from October 2013 to January 2014.
Paul drives team energy through thought leadership in efficiency and process development. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Doug Cornille is the senior vice president of marketing at Premier Nutrition Company. He has global responsibility for all marketing functions, including brand strategy and management, innovation, consumer insights, agency management, promotion and more.
Doug brings a breadth of CPG experience to BellRing Brands, having held brand leadership roles at Clif Bar & Company, Nestlé and The Clorox Company. Earlier in his career, Doug was a business consultant with Accenture, and was founder and president of Data Solutions Group, a technology and business consultancy.
Doug has a BA in Business Administration from Rhodes College and an MBA in General Management from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. A healthy lifestyle enthusiast, Doug is an avid runner and loves traveling and experiencing cultures and cuisines around the world.
Marc Mollere is general manager of Dymatize at BellRing Brands. Prior to his role as general manager, Marc served in a variety of leadership roles in sales and marketing at Dymatize from 2011 to 2015.
Under his leadership, the business transition from an owned-manufacturing to a 100% co-manufacture entity, adding over $30 milling in earnings. Marc has led several optimization and efficiency initiatives to reduce over 100 SKUs, over seen a complete brand redesign and position the brand to enter into the FDM channels.
Prior to Dymatize, Marc succeeded in sales leadership roles with The Dial Corp. and Unilever for over 20 years, including vice president of the Walmart and Sam’s Club team and vice president of the Grocery and Club channels. Marc brings good energy to Dymatize by encouraging and demonstrating a "Ring The Bell" culture — supported by "Doing What It Takes" and being "In It To Win It."
General Manager, International
Christoph Schwarz is the international general manager for the PowerBar and Premier Protein international business in Munich, overseeing the EMEA and APAC regions for both Premier Protein and PowerBar. He and his team also manage the Dymatize brand for Europe. His strategic role is to develop the international expansion for the group.
Prior to BellRing Brands, Christoph has served in a variety of sales and management leadership roles since 2000. During his tenure, the size of the business almost doubled and achieved double digit market share gains within the convenient nutrition category in DACH.
Christoph earned his graduate degree from the University of Bayreuth, Germany.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Robin Singh is senior vice president of operations at Premier Nutrition Company. He is an accomplished strategic, values-led integrated supply chain leader with 20+ years of operations experience with multinational consumer products companies.
Prior to joining BellRing Brands and Premier Nutrition, Robin spent 24 years at Mondelez International serving in a variety of roles, including vice president of operations. Over the course of his career, he has held various leadership positions in operations strategy, integrated business planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, service and inventory management.
Robin leads with proven abilities to engage, inspire and develop teams to achieve transformational goals.
Senior Vice President, Sales
Lee Partin is the vice president of sales at Premier Nutrition Company. He oversees the sales team and customer relationships across all business channels.
Prior to Joining BellRing Brands and Premier Nutrition, Lee spent 26 years with Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream as the general manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast divisions. He was instrumental in introducing and establishing the Edy’s, Haagen Dazs and Skinny Cow ice cream brands in the eastern United States. His responsibilities included the management of all sales and distribution, resulting in a business generating over $600 million in annual revenue within his divisions.
Lee takes pride in having assembled a high-performance team of educated and experienced CPG professionals to represent our brands. He believes having great products and a great team to work with makes it a pleasure to help grow the business each day.
Vice President, Research & Development
Soni Ummadi is the vice president of research and development at Premier Nutrition Company and Dymatize. She uses the role to bring new and innovative products into the market.
An accomplished business leader with 20 years of research and development experience, Soni thrives on a sense of purpose, knowing BellRing Brands products have enormous potential in meeting people’s nutritional needs. Soni believes in a learning and growth mindset, ultimately leading her team to add value to people and products.
Soni has a Master’s in Nutrition, a Ph.D. in Food Science (Emphasis on Dairy Proteins) from Utah State University, and she is pursuing Stanford LEAD certification in Corporate Innovation. Living by the mantra, “simple living, high thinking,” Soni loves exploring the outdoors and giving back to her church and community.
Vice President, People
Eric Hunn is vice president of people at Premier Nutrition Company, Dymatize, and PowerBar Europe. He is responsible for talent acquisition, talent development and all things people-related. His transformative efforts in performance management have helped us to be listed for the third year in a row as a Great Place to Work™ and yielded our highest-ever engagement scores in 2019.
Prior to BellRing Brands, Eric has spent the last nine years in HR, including leading HR for a 9,000-employee region of Whole Foods and helping lead the entire HR function after its acquisition in 2017.
Eric is a leading voice in the HR community on the topic of performance management, and is a frequent keynote speaker, lecturer and panelist on the topic. He earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA, and both Master of Public Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from Syracuse University.
Craig Rosenthal is general counsel at BellRing Brands. He is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs and strategies for the company.
His background includes 20+ years of corporate legal management and law firm experience. Craig was senior vice president, law for Altice USA, a Fortune 500 multinational telecommunications and entertainment company. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and general counsel of a $3 billion telecommunications company. Craig started his career as a corporate attorney with Husch Blackwell. Craig has significant experience leading mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and legal operations, along with working with boards of directors.
Craig earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis - School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
